IOWA CARRY MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
There are five levels of membership in Iowa Carry:
Free Silver Gold Platinum Life
DONATIONS
FREE
Basic membership in IowaCarry is FREE. Anyone signing up on our discussion FORUMS is considered to be a member of our organization. Members at the Free level pay no yearly dues, and have access to the following Iowa Carry discussion forums:
Welcome
Briefing Room
Hawkeye Talk
Regional Forums (read only access)
Social Situations
Tools, Tech, and Tactical
Suggestions, Feedback, and Technical Support
FREE memberships will also recieve email and private message alerts about events, legislation and other important news.
SILVER $25
Members at the Silver level pay $25 per year in dues, and in addition to the above, will receive access to post messages in the regional forums. This level provides an affordable way for members to participate in Iowa Carry functions and discussions.
GOLD $50
Members at the Gold level pay $50 per year in dues, and in addition to the above, receive the following benefits:
Nomination of members to serve on the Board of Directors
Voting for members to serve on the Board of Directors
PLATINUM $100
Members at the Platinum level pay $100 per year in dues, and in addition to the above, receive the following benefits:
Access to all non-restricted forums
Restricted forums would be Moderators Lounge, Organization Planning, etc.
Ability to be nominated for, and to be voted into a seat on the Board of Directors
LIFE $300
Life members pay a one-time fee of $300 (can be spread out over 24 months). In addition to the above, Life members receive the following benefits:
Name tag
Members requesting Life membership will need to agree and commit to one of the following payment plans:
One payment of $300
Two payments of $150, once per year
Four payments of $75, twice per year
Six payments of $50, three times per year
Life member candidates who fail to meet their commitment will be reduced to Silver, Gold, or Platinum level, depending on the amount of money they have donated.
All memberships run for a term of one year, and are due to be renewed on a yearly basis. Members at a paid level who fail to renew their membership within 30 days of their due date will be reduced to the Free level. Free members who fail to login to the Iowa Carry website for a period of six months may be removed from the site.
At the discretion of the Board of Directors, certain members may be given Honorary Life Membership status. These members will receive all benefits of a Life member without being required to pay the $300 one-time fee.
All members opinions, free or paid are important to us and can be voiced through our forums. All members ideas and opinions are considered and welcomed in working towards achieving our goals and membership level is NOT relevant towards representation. (Remember FREE membership is obtained simply by joining the forums!)
