By accessing the Iowa Firearms Coalition forums (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use our forums. We may change these at any time, and it would be prudent to review these regularly yourself, as your continued usage of our forums after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.
You agree and understand that by registering and logging onto our forums you are considered a basic free member. Discussion forum contents including all comments, private messages & other communications reflect the views of individual members only. Unless otherwise specified, comments do not represent or reflect the official views of Iowa Firearms Coalition. Iowa Firearms Coalition and its owner(s), Board of Directors, Executive Committee, volunteers, staff and affiliates bear no responsibility for accuracy of members' comments and will bear no legal liability for discussion results. We are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. Any user who feels that a posted message that is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
You also agree to not use any information contained within our forums in any form that could be considered harmful against or counter to our obvious purpose and intended mission and goals.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where the forums are hosted, or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification to your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that Iowa Firearms Coalition has the right to remove, edit, move, or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither Iowa Firearms Coalition nor IPB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
When you provide us your e-mail address, we may use it to contact you regarding the goals and mission of Iowa Carry. We may also add your address to our e-mail newsletter. However, your e-mail address will not be sold, rented, leased, or provided to any other party or organization.
All non-supporting members who have not visited the forums in six months or more are subject to deletion at any time. |
